A: Some of our most popular cap designs and styles are restocked regularly. Others may be limited edition drops. If you see something you love, grab it before it’s gone — or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified about restocks.
Q: How can I find the right size?
A: Most of our caps come in adjustable or one-size-fits-all designs for a comfortable fit. Product details on each page will mention specific sizing info if needed.
Q: Are all your products original?
A: Absolutely. Every cap and streetwear piece we sell is 100% authentic and quality-checked before shipping.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States only.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is always free — no minimum purchase required.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 2–4 business days depending on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that link to monitor your shipment’s progress anytime.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return any item within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. Returns are free, with no restocking fees.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply email us at support@orviballons.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

📦 Order Issues
Q: My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
A: Check your tracking link first. If your package hasn’t moved for more than 10 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate or reship your order at no cost.
Q: I received the wrong or damaged item. What now?
A: We’re sorry about that! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
